Everybody. Those who weren't cowed into submission are pawns of Fourteen. But they're regular humans, and Riders cannot fight them.

Do Rider powers make you immune or something? If you could figure out how to isolate that, someone might be able to make a cure.

No I don't think so. The other two Riders weren't captured and infused with the creatures.

No, not me. I worked for Fourteen willingly, and didn't know about the real method until it was too late.

I don't like the idea of you heading back there without some kind of vaccine against it. Do you know if there's any way you can get a sample? Without putting yourself in too much danger?

Well I won't be heading back there for a while, but I suppose there is a potential for a vaccine. I've never heard of one though.

I'll see what I can do on my end. It's probably good research for the Rangers anyway in case Scorpius tries something similar.
